Monitor
without
Sensors, signal conditioning, gateways, and one clear dashboard. If it can be measured, ARQ can monitor it. If it can be switched, ARQ can control it.
One machine.
Any sensor.
Any protocol.
One dashboard.
Legacy SCADA wants six figures and six months. Manufacturer apps only show their own hardware. ARQ connects everything you run, in hours, on one screen. And when the data says act, ARQ switches relays, sheds load, and controls outputs from the same place.
The stack
The whole measurement chain. One vendor.
Most monitoring companies sell you software and wish you luck with the sensors. ARQ comes from the instrumentation world. We supply, integrate, or work with every link in the chain.
Sensors
Vibration, temperature, pressure, force, strain, current, humidity, CO2, level, flow. Yours or ours.
Signal conditioning
Amplifiers and interface boards for 4-20 mA, RTD, strain gauge, mV signals. Clean data in.
Gateway
The ARQ gateway reads wired and wireless devices on site and pushes encrypted data to the cloud.
Dashboard
Custom graphs, thresholds, alerts, and AI reports. Every asset, every site, one login.
Control
Relay outputs, load control, and automations. Close the loop from the same platform.
Solutions
What we monitor
Condition monitoring
Wireless vibration and temperature on motors, pumps, fans, and compressors. Catch bearing failures weeks before they stop the line.
Vibration · Temp · CurrentFactory monitoring
Every machine, utility, and environment in the plant on one screen. Add relays and automations to act on what you see.
Full plant · Relays · AutomationEnergy & solar
Inverters, batteries, generators, and meters. Fleet dashboards, submetering, load control, and energy management for C&I sites and solar farms.
EMS · Fleets · SubmeteringTest & measurement
Wind tunnels, test benches, and labs. Pressure, force, and strain instrumentation with high-accuracy acquisition and live visualization.
Pressure · Force · StrainAgriculture & poultry
CO2, temperature, and humidity in livestock houses. Protect the flock, prove compliance, and get alerts before conditions turn.
CO2 · Climate · ComplianceWater & wastewater
Remote pump stations, treatment assets, and level monitoring on one screen instead of one truck roll.
Pumps · Level · Remote sitesThe hardware
The ARQ gateway. Small box, every port that matters.
- SerialRS232/485 for Modbus RTU and legacy instruments
- NetworkDual gigabit LAN, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth
- ProtocolsModbus RTU/TCP, MQTT, CANbus, DNP3, BACnet, IEC
- Power12 V DC with built-in UPS backup
- CoolingFanless. No moving parts, nothing to clog or fail
- ExpansionInterface boards for 4-20 mA, RTD, strain gauge; Pro model adds CAN, 6x RS485, 6x digital I/O
Install it and forget it. The gateway sits at the machine, reads everything wired or wireless around it, and pushes encrypted data to your dashboard. Built-in UPS keeps it running through power failures. If the network drops, it buffers locally and catches up when the connection returns.
The platform
Any sensor in. One dashboard out.
Connect
The gateway speaks the languages your equipment already speaks. Wired analog, Modbus, wireless vibration and temperature nodes. No rip and replace.
Monitor
Every reading lands on one dashboard with custom widgets, thresholds, and alerts that reach your phone before a problem reaches your product.
Act
Control outputs remotely, automate responses, and get plain-language AI reports that tell you what changed and what to do about it.
Built for the plant floor
Deploys in hours, not months, at a fraction of legacy SCADA cost. Your maintenance team sees everything without babysitting six vendor apps. Role-based access, encrypted end to end, API for your BI tools.

If the company that installed your solar system is gone, ARQ picks up the monitoring. See production, catch faults, and know your system is earning what it should.
